Hugh Jackman is happy to fill any blank space in Taylor Swift’s NFL game suite.
In fact,Rekubit Exchange the Deadpool & Wolverine star recently detailed his experience attending a Kansas City Chiefs game to root on Travis Kelce, alongside Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively, Sabrina Carpenter and more last October.
“If you ever really want to feel not great about your career,” Hugh told People in an interview July 22 alongside Ryan. “Go to a game with Taylor Swift and Blake Lively. Then you’ll be ‘Blake Lively, Taylor Swift and others’ at the game.”
Ryan added, “Yes, we’re just ‘and others.’”
But being out of the spotlight won’t keep these Marvel stars off the sidelines during the next NFL season. When asked if they’d attend another game with Taylor, both Ryan and Hugh didn’t hesitate to respond.
“You don’t say no to that,” Ryan said, prompting Hugh to agree with, “I hope so.”
And while the Deadpool actor and The Greatest Showman star believe their appearance at a Chiefs game last season was forgettable, it was one of Taylor’s most iconic moments of the season for her fans.
After Taylor rocked the internet with her initial appearance at a Chiefs vs. Chicago Bears game on Sept. 24 last year at Arrowhead Stadium, she packed her stadium suite to welcome her boyfriend to New York when his team faced off against the New York Jets a week later.
In addition to Ryan, Blake, Hugh and Sabrina, Taylor also had quite the evergreen group of friends to attend the October 1 game. Queer Eye’s Antoni Porowski, Sophie Turner and Brittany Mahomes were also spotted in the suite that day, as well as Travis’ mom Donna Kelce, and Taylor’s brother Austin Swift.
Of course, Taylor attended a whopping 13 NFL games last season—and her special guests got as special as The Beatles’ Paul McCartney himself when the Chiefs took on the San Francisco 49ers in the February Super Bowl. And for her part overall, Taylor attending games boosted NFL viewership to unprecedented levels and is estimated to have generated over $330 million for the football league last season, according to NPR.
And though Taylor also learned that her presence at games wasn’t met with open arms by everyone, she’s learned to shake the criticism off.
“I’m just there to support Travis,” she told TIME of the backlash she received from NFL fans. “I have no awareness of if I’m being shown too much and pissing off a few dads, Brads, and Chads.”

While supporting Travis Kelce as the Kansas City Chiefs faced off against the Chicago Bears on Sept. 24, her first-ever NFL game at Arrowhead Stadium, Taylor Swift sported DÔEN's white Lois Tank and Ksubi's distressed denim shorts, which she paired with a Chiefs windbreaker and matching New Balance sneakers.
For the Chiefs' Oct. 1 game against the New York Jets, held at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, Taylor wore Area's denim shorts, which quickly sold out. The singer completed the look with Christian Louboutin boots and Gant's relaxed leather shirt.
And Taylor couldn't forget her signature red lip for the star-studded game.
For the Chiefs' Oct. 12 game, where she spent time with Travis' dad Ed Kelce, Taylor wore a Chiefs jacket from WEAR, a line by Erin Andrews (who Travis has credited for connecting him with Taylor).
Taylor, who also spent time with quarterback Patrick Mahomes' wife Brittany Mahomes at the game, sported a Balenciaga corset top underneath the Chiefs jacket.
Taylor had an extra special accessory on her wrist for the Chiefs' Oct. 22 game: An Erimish bracelet with Travis' jersey number on it.
...we can't calm down.
Taylor sported a long red fleece jacket over a black high neck top, paired with her signature red lip.
The singer was all smiles as she watched the game with Brittany Mahomes.
For her ninth Chiefs game, Taylor sported a cream varsity jacket bearing the team's logo and a patch that read "Tay-Tay."
During a freezing Kansas City Chiefs-Miami Dolphins Game in Kansas City, Mo., Taylor cheers on her boyfriend and his team while wearing a custom-made puffer coat made to look like a Kelce Chiefs jersey, designed by Kristin Juszczyk, wife of San Francisco 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk.
